Processing Times

We understand how crucial inventory is to ALL businesses. We work diligently to fulfill all orders in a timely fashion. Our goal is to have all orders shipped within one week of purchase (7 calendar days). However, it is typical to see processing times of up to 15-20 calendar days.

On the rare occasion that we run into a supply issue, we have a process in place. Any outstanding orders, that have not been fulfilled and picked up for shipment, will be cancelled and refunded on the 21st calendar day after purchase.

USA: We offer weight-based shipping options on all boxes in the continental US.

All US orders totaling over $500 ship free. You MUST use the promo code at check out. No refunds will be issued after the transaction is complete.

INTERNATIONAL: Please reach out to us for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchase, or else your order is subject to cancellation.

We ship through a variety of carriers, depending on your location. After the order is processed and picked up for shipment, actual shipping times will vary depending on the carrier. All orders are sent with tracking so you are able to follow your package every step of the way.

PLEASE NOTE: To further our sustainability efforts, we collect packaging supplies from our local community. Your order will more than likely be shipped in boxes that have store branding on them.
